A one-day seminar was held at faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication on "Little Magazine And Role Of Alternate Journalism" on the occasion of Bhartendu Harish Chandra Jayanti, Father of Modern Hindi on September 9, 2011.Students and Faculty members of Mass Communication emphasized the role of little magazine movement in the field of journalism.
